About the Accommodation

Wisteria Gites is a charming detached self catering holiday let, set in extensive gardens, with an outdoor heated swimming pool.

We can welcome up to 14 guests and your holiday can start on any day of the week, to suit your plans, even in high season!

Wisteria Gites is open from 1st May until 30th September.

During May, June & September there is a 3 night minimum stay.

During July & August there is a 5 night minimum stay.

An automatic 10% discount will be applied to the whole booking for stays of 6 nights and over (if booked through this website).

We have a strict NO PETS policy.

HOUSE RULES

We don't like "Rules" any more than anyone else, but they have to be there for the enjoyment and safety of everyone.

Arrival & Departure - Check In after 16.00, Departure by 10.00am please (bookable late checkout may be available on request).
We have a strict NO PETS policy. If you have a registered assistance dog, please email before booking for advice.
All adult guests must register on arrival, using the form provided in the Gite.
Parking is signposted to designated area.
No smoking or Vaping is allowed in any of the buildings. Please do not smoke near the property boundaries, crops or dry grass and please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided.
It is forbidden to invite additional guests to the property, or organise parties or events, without written agreement.
Fires, candles or BBQs are not permitted, except for the gas BBQ provided in the Open Barn.
Please be aware that CCTV cameras are located around the exterior of the property.
Waste separation - Please use the recycling bins provided, as explained in the Gîte.
Please ensure that you lock the property and close any windows if you go out for the day.
Please inform us immediately, if a key is lost.
Should we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the Gîte. No refunds will be made.
Please let us know of any breakages or damage. We understand that accidents happen, but reserve the right to make a deduction from the security deposit, or charge for such damage.
POOL - Children must be supervised at all times and are the responsibility of adults present.

Please ensure you leave the Gite in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

Out and About

There are many historic towns and villages with weekly markets, castles, chateaux and spectacular views, all within easy reach of Wisteria Gites. Why not enjoy a day out in Mayenne, Laval, Vitre, Fougeres or Domfront?

Further afield, interesting days can be had at Mont St Michel and the Normandy beaches. Or for car racing enthusiasts, Le Mans is within reach.

The town of St Denis De Gastines is approx 5km from us and has a small local supermarket, Boulangerie and Bar Tabac. Also nearby we have large supermarkets with filling stations in both Gorron (10 mins) and Ernee (15 mins).
